CARF, or Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, provides accreditation services worldwide at the request of health and human service providers. DMHA
DMHA, or the Division of Mental Health and Addiction, sets care standards for the provision of mental health and addiction services to Hoosiers. DMHA is committed to ensuring that clients have access to quality services that promote individual, family and community resiliency and recovery. The division also certifies all community mental health centers, addiction treatment services, and managed care providers.

STARS
Life Treatment Centers has been designated Military “friendly” by the Indiana Veterans Behavioral Health Network (IVBHN) and has received a designation of four stars out of a possible four star standard. In order to receive military-friendly designation, a behavioral health provider organization must meet specified criteria that address veteran and family support veteran demographics, staff development, organizational structure, outreach, and marketing strategies.
